  • Payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (COD, where available).

  • Orders are only processed after payment confirmation (except COD).

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Your order is considered accepted once we confirm it via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, unless it has already been shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location in Pakistan.

  • We use trusted courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopard, Call Courier).

7. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns for eligible items under the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer.

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or overload the website

  • Copy, reuse, or distribute website content without permission

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts
