Refund and Returns Policy

At Pro Gadgets, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please review our policy below to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds in Pakistan.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The item is significantly different from the description shown on our website

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact

Return window: You must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

  • Products damaged due to electrical surges, water, or physical impact after delivery

  • Earbuds or earphones that have been opened due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty

  • Products bought on clearance sale or final discounts


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 3 days

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear pictures/videos of the issue

    • Reason for return

  3. We will verify your claim and provide return instructions

  4. Ship the product to our return address (you may be responsible for shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect)


4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once received, the item will be inspected by our quality control team

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 2–3 business days


5. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, you can choose from:

  • Full refund to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Product exchange (if available)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


6. Delivery & Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product was faulty or incorrect, Pro Gadgets will cover return shipping

  • If the return is due to change of mind or any issue not caused by us, the customer bears the return shipping cost


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (within 12 hours of placing the order)

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the item under this policy
